Carbon tax increases the cost on everything and has a significant effect on those small businesses that cannot pass on these costs to the consumer. Yet Justin Trudeau’s government is indifferent to the effects of their tax on small business, and on the inflation it causes by raising costs at every step of the supply chain. I asked the Prime Minister if the Government would commit to no new taxes in the 2023 budget?
