GHG Reductions NOT due to Govt Policy – CESD

Greg rose in the House to quote the Commissioner of Environmental and Sustainable Development, who pointed out that any projected future 2030 reductions in GHG emissions were actually NOT due to the government’s 140+ assortment of climate policies, but simply because of changes to the way the government reports its data and models its projections.

Smoke and mirrors, designed to mislead Canadians.
