By-Elections and Floor Crossings: Greg Speaks to The Eyeopener

April 15, 2026: In light of three by-elections and several floor crossings, the Liberals have now manufactured a slim majority. In the 2025 election, Canadians gave the Liberals only a minority government, but Prime Minister Carney has been clear that he prefers to work with more complete control over the operation of Parliament and its Committees.

In light of this new development in Parliament, Greg spoke to Loren McGinnis of CBC’s The Eyeopener morning show about the mood in the Conservative Caucus, whether he’s been approached to cross the floor, and what comes next for him and his party. Ten minutes.
